Kabba/ Bunu APC Inaugurate LGA Campaign Council, Flags of Campaign

The All Progressives Congress APC Kabba/ Bunu LGA chapter today 5th October 2024 inaugurates the party campaign council for the forthcoming local government elections, the event also features party flag presentation to the party candidates for the October 19th elections and also the official campaign flag off.

The event which was held at the party local government office in Kabba was well attended by critical stakeholders of the party, party faithful and new members of the All Progressives Congress that had recently decamped into the party.

In the opening address of the Kabba/ Bunu APC party chairman, Hon. Solomon Jenbawondo Amos, he appreciated the commitments and loyalty of the party faithfuls and encouraged both the party leaders and members not to relent in their services and commitments to the party cause. Also, the Chairman of the campaign council, Honorable Wemi Jones who doubles as the commissioner for education to the Kogi State Government sues the party candidate to uphold and sustain the party good will and good governance cause, stating that the party has entrusted in the them the mandate to be of service to the people, hence they should reciprocate the gesture and deliver on this mandate.

The campaign council Director General, Hon. Olabode Adeyemi congratulated the party candidate, charges them to be of good conduct and be a good ambassador of the Kogi state Governor Ododo led administration. He also welcomed the new decamped members of the party into the progressive camp adding that APC is a people oriented party committed to delivering good governance and always ready to protect the interests and welfare of the people as constantly demonstrated by the chief servant of Kogi state HE, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo the Executive Governor of Kogi State.

Also present at the inauguration and flag off ceremony are notable ex and serving government officials in persons of the Immediate past speaker of the Kogi state house of assembly, Hon. Yomi Kola, the former chairman and former member representing Kabba/ Bunu at the state assembly Hon. Nathaniel Taiwo, the immediate past chairman of Kabba/ Bunu LGA, Hon. Moses O. the Special Adviser to the Executive Governor on Arts and Culture, Hon. Juwon Olorunipa , among many other party leaders and government officials.

The epoch making event ended successfully and is no doubt a critical pathway to the party overwhelming victory at the forthcoming elections.
