In a statement jointly signed by the Chairman of KENW, Dr. Omakoji Oyiguh, and the organisation’s Secretary, Isaac Husseini Inna, the group expressed appreciation to the Brigade for its coordinated security operations, which it said had brought significant relief to residents, communities, and travellers using major highways within the district.
According to the statement, the prompt and professional responses of the Brigade Commander and his troops have contributed immensely to restoring public confidence and reducing security threats in the area.
“The usual prompt and professional responses by the office of the Brigade Commander, 12 Brigade Nigerian Army, Lokoja, deserve special mention and commendation,” the statement noted.

KENW assured the Nigerian Army of the continued support and cooperation of the people of Kogi East in the collective fight against criminality and insecurity.
“Residents and communities in Kogi East will continue to pray for good health, courage and wisdom for the Brigade Commander, officers and troops of the 12 Brigade, as well as the entire Nigerian Army,” the statement added.
