Kogi AGL rallies Political Appointees Forums for better good governance delivery and sustained grassroots mobilization
In a very novel move and unprecedented approach to sustain coordination among government appointees and promote political cohesion that will guarantee the overall success of the Ahmed Usman Ododo led administration, the Auditor General for Local Government, Alh Siyaka Adabenege aka Famcy has convened a political synergetic and governance collaborative meeting for the leadership of the Forum of Special Advisers, Forum of Senior Special Assistants, Forum of Local Government Special Assistants and Ward Special Assistants to chart a cause of performance, corporation and progress among the aides or the Governor.
The Meeting which was well attended and also had in attendance, the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon Monday Anyebe was held at the conference hall of the Auditor General for Local Government on Wednesday.
While welcoming members of the meeting, Auditor General for Local Government, Hon Fancy Siyaka commended the various forums for their commitment to providing good governance strides to compliment the outstanding performance of the Governor through their various pet projects thereby creating opportunities of dividends of democracy to beneficiaries of the various programs carried out.

He further commended them for their loyalty to the Governor and their support in their various fields of endeavors that promotes the government of Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo tremendously. He thereafter communicated the message of the Governor to the gathering, stating that the Governor personally requested for the meeting to hold because of the value and importance he placed on their relevance.
While leading the various forums in presentation of their scorecards as forums, Chairman of the Forum of Special Advisers, Omoluabi Bode Adeyemi described the government of continuity and consolidation of Ahmed Usman Ododo as a humane, people oriented and good governance driven government, he commended the proactiveness, commitment and loyalty of the Governor to his predecessor, stating that he has made them proud and made Nigerians celebrate Kogi.
Omoluabi stated that the Foruum of Special Advisers have made significant impact and unprecedented delivery in reaching out to the people as a way to compliment government efforts. He said the forum at her ODODO FREE MEDICAL OUTREACH reached over one thousand two hundred indigent Kogites with free medical services apart from other giant strides they’ve made in less than one year.
Speaking on behalf of Forum of Senior Special Assistants, Hon Joseph Best Omeiza also commended the Governor for his successes and also informed the meeting of the Governor Ododo Business Outreach which is a special low capital business support scheme the forum embarked on to make available cash donation to petty business owners across the state. He further emphasized that the team intend to make it a permanent periodic exercise.
The meeting also listened to the Chairman of Forum of Local Government Assistants Hon Jafar Kamaldeen and Ward Special Assistants Hon Mohammed Baba Sulaiman who all presented scorecards of good governance impact and people oriented pet projects that have promoted good governance over the last eight months
The meeting was thereafter opened for observation, opinion and suggestions on governance. The session had robust moments of incisive review of governance and strategic suggestions for way forward.
While capping the meeting, Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Hon Monday Anyebe commended the Governor for asking for the meeting and for his untiring good governance delivery that is transforming the state for the good of all
