Kogi Deputy Gov Visits Ex-Gov Idris Wada to Foster Unity.

Kogi State Deputy Governor, Comrade Joel Salifu, on Tuesday evening, paid a courtesy visit to the former Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Captain Idris Ichalla Wada, at his Maitama residence in Abuja.

In a statement issued by the Press Secretary to the Deputy Governor, Mr Unubi Emmanuel the courtesy visit to former Governor, signifies a crucial step in strengthening relationships and promoting development in Kogi State.

The Kogi State Deputy and his entourage were warmly received by former Governor Captain Idris Ichalla Wada. This cordial reception revealed the strong bonds and respect between current and former leaders in Kogi State.

Accompanying the Deputy Governor were Alhaji Yusuf Okala, the State Auditor General, Hon. Ogwu Abdul Alhasan, the Kogi East Acting Zonal Vice-Chairman of the APC, and Hon. Abubakar Sadiq Ainoko, former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, among others.
