Kogi East 2027; PDP Muhammed Abdullahi “Elephant” Declares in Idah

As political space is becoming charged , the presence of known and unknown political actors has begin to reveberate in the political space.
For a known figure like Alhaji Muhammed Abdullahi, popularly known as Elephant, his current entrance into the political space has made it legendary, having keenly contested the same position in the last dispensation under the platform of New Nigeria Peoples Party , NNPP with a good fight in the previous contest.

His declaration which begins in Idah under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP and expected to go round the nine local government areas of the Kogi Eastern Senatorial district is to re-awaken the need to support the people oriented leadership he brought on board .
Expected to continue the tour in other three local government areas during the yuletide, “Elephant ” as usual is acceptable by his people from his background and orientation.
A lover of his community and igala nation, the struggle to better the lives of Igala extraction from the grassroot, local government, state and federal level is non- negotiable.
Exposed both to the private and public sphere , Alhaji Muhammed Abdullahi is grounded in all round businesses , ranging from real estate development, surveying, sales and management of all sorts of housing activities in Nigeria, with diverse operation in the heart of the nation, Abuja.
A politician to the core , Elephant has sponsored candidates both at the grassroot, ward , local government and state level and his decision to throw in the towel at the federal level.
The maiden declaration in Idah over the week attracted notable Kogi Easterners and kogites from all walks of life, People’s Democratic Party, PDP stalwarts and supporters across the nine local government areas, to show their support and solidarity to the senatorial aspirant.
With the kick-starting of his intentions and campaigns from the heart of the Igala nation in Idah, to receive both ancestral and traditional blessings, no doubt his victory is assured in the forthcoming general elections in 2027.
From his nomenclature, Elephant who hail from Ankpa, in Ankpa local government area of Kogi State, no doubt he will emerge not only as the PDP candidate in the forthcoming election, but victorious in the general elections.
All hands must be on deck to support the People’s Democratic Party, PDP as the traditional party of the Igala nation that have produced many senators and attracted developments to Kogi East.
