The Senator Elect, Kogi Central Senatorial District, Engr. Abubakar Ohere has described the All Progressives Congress Governorship Candidate, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo as a team player with the capacity to build on the foundation already laid by Gov. Yahaya Bello.
The Senator Elect made the disclosure when he hosted a meeting of critical stakeholders and opinion moulders from across the State in his residence at Okene, solicited their unalloyed support for the APC Flagbearer.
Engr. Ohere used the meeting to task the critical stakeholders and opinion moulders on the need to look beyond sentiments ahead the forthcoming Governorship Election, insisting that winning the November governorship election requires that all hands needs to be on deck.
The Senator Elect called on the people of the State to join hands with the APC Flagbearer in ensuring a seamless victory in the forthcoming November governorship election, pointing out that the just concluded elections has clearly indicated that Kogi State is an APC State.
According to Engr. Ohere said much is been done in terms of strategy and packaging that would be disclosed very soon, described the APC Flagbearer as humble, has the capacity and character to provide effective Leadership as Governor.
Engr. Ohere disclosed that character wise Ododo can be vouched for, expressed optimism that he will build on the solid foundation already laid by Gov. Yahaya Bello.
The Senator Elect made a sincere and passionate appeal, described the forthcoming November governorship election as a defining moments for the State to continue to remain united and prosperous.
The Senator Elect expressed optimism to the Stakeholders and opinion moulders for staying the course with the APC, described the party as resolutely committed to improving on the well-being of the people.
