Kogi Guber: Braimoh Debunks Rumoured Pact With Bello
Says He’s on Assignment to Create Wealth for Kogi
The candidate of Action Alliance (AA) in the November 11 governorship election in Kogi state, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh, has laughed off insinuations that Governor Yahaya Bello is supporting his aspiration.
In an interview with newsmen, Braimoh said he is committed to his avowed wealth creation agenda and will not be swayed by conjectures.
“I am on an assignment for wealth creation. If the Governor recognises the importance of that assignment and decide to support this vision, why not? I will welcome his support with open arms.
“I will welcome everyone’s support because we all know that we need to create wealth. Dependency on federal allocation can not create wealth for our people.
“So, when people say the Governor is bankrolling him, I laugh it off because even if other candidates want to support, I will welcome them. But for now, the Governor has not given us any support,” he said.
