Kogi Guber: Ohimege Igu Koto Eulogises Admiral Jibrin Usman, Assures Him That It Is Time For His People To Reciprocate What He Has Done For Them
The Governorship candidate of the Accord Party in the forthcoming Kogi state Governorship election, Admiral Jibrin Usman Wednesday visited the Ohimege Igu Kingdom, HRM, Abdulrazak Isah-Koto in his palace soliciting for his royal blessing and support of the revered monarch for his political bid.
The Governorship candidate promised the traditional ruler that when elected Governor, he he would make the citizens welfare and good governance his topmost priority.
Admiral Jibrin Usman appeal to the people of the area to come out en-mass in the forthcoming Kogi state Governorship election and vote massively for Accord Party for the overall development of the state, assuring them that the welfare of the primary school teachers and staff of the Local Government Areas would be looked into when elected.
He promised to create employment for the teeming unemployed youths in Kogi state so as to tacke youth restiveness, thuggery and poverty which he noted are factors affecting insecurity in the state.
Responding, the Ohimege Igu Kingdom, HRM, Alhaji Abdulrazak Isah-Koto commended the Accord party Governorship candidate, Admiral Jibrin Usman whom he noted brought Naval Base Record Center in Bande, Koto-Karfe Local Government Area when he was the Chief of Naval Staff.
The revered monarch told the Accord party Governorship candidate that he has indeed shown love for the people of Koto-Karfe through the establishment of the Naval Base Record Center in the area, stressing that the time to reciprocate what he has done for them is now. The traditional ruler noted that as someone with security background, he is convinced of what the Governorship candidate can bring to the state when elected Governor of Kogi state.
