Kogi PDP Youth Commends Governor Ododo for Swift Response to CUSTECH Kidnapping

Kogi State, Nigeria – May 13, 2024 – The Kogi State Youth Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) extends its heartfelt appreciation to Governor Alhaji Usman Ododo for his prompt and active efforts in rescue response to the recent kidnapping incident at the Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH).

Undoubtedly,The abduction of students from our educational institutions has left the community in shock and parents panic. However, Governor Ododo’s decisive actions, swift response have provided results with the return of 14 Students and a glimmer of hope that the remaining students will return safe during this challenging time. The Governor’s immediate mobilization of security agencies demonstrates a commitment to the safety and well-being of our citizens, particularly the students affected by this unfortunate incident.

As members of the PDP Youth Chapter, we stand in solidarity with Governor Ododo and the security agencies as they work tirelessly to ensure the safe return of the remaining abducted students. We recognize the urgency of the situation and commend Governor Ododo for his unwavering dedication to securing the lives of the people of Kogi State.

In times of crisis, true leadership shines through, and Governor Ododo has exemplified this with his swift response and unwavering commitment to the welfare of our community. We urge all stakeholders to continue supporting the efforts of the government and security agencies in bringing the perpetrators of this heinous act to justice.
