Your Excellency, thank you for finding kabba worthy to house this university, Most congratulations to the Obaro of Kabba, Oba Solomon Owoniyi, the state Executive Council, the great sons and daughters of kabba who worked assiduously in making this a reality. A long time dream that has come to pass at a time like when all will say this can only be the doings of the Lord, it is indeed a historic and remarkable.
I also want to use this medium to appeal to Hon Aliu Umar Yusuf the speaker, Kogi state House of Assembly to kindly and promptly pass it into law the proposed bill before its house towards the seamless take off and funding of this university, as this gesture goes far beyond Kabba well as Kogi state large.
