Kogi State University Kabba: Jimoh Appreciates Gov. Yahaha Bello
A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Kogi State and a former Kogi State Governorship aspirant under the APC in the last Kogi State Governorship primary election, Adebanji David Jimoh has appreciated the Executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaha Adoza Bello for the siting of the newly established university in Kabba for immediate take off.
Adebanji David Jimoh in a statement signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja described the siting of the university in Kabba as the best interest of Okun people, stressing that the choice of Kogi State College of Education Technical Kabba is a welcome decision and should be embrace by all.
The seasoned banker turned politician commended the committee members for been dispassionate and honest in their recommendation to site the university in Kabba and appeal to the people to continue to support the committee as they continue to give their best for the immediate take off of the university.
“The siting of the university is in the best interest of the state owing to the Infrastructural development already at the site, the road network which enable free accessibility and also the security network which importance must be put into consideration when siting a university.
“Let me also use this medium to appeal to the good people of Okun Nation in particular and kogites in general to continue to support the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaha Bello for more gains of democracy.
“I urged the good people of Okun Nation to reciprocate the gesture by coming out in their large numbers to vote massively for the APC Governorship candidate, Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman in the forthcoming Kogi State Governorship election, noting he Ododo would sustain the legacy of Governor Yahaha Bello when elected as Governor.
