Kogi Tinubu Door-to-Door Movement Coordinator Felicitates Nigerians on Democracy Day
The Kogi State Coordinator of the Tinubu Door-to-Door Movement, Comrade David Mark Ogwu, has extended warm felicitations to Nigerians as the nation commemorates the 2026 Democracy Day celebration, urging citizens to remain steadfast in their commitment to democratic ideals and national unity.
In a statement issued on Friday to mark the June 12 celebration, Comrade David Mark Ogwu described Democracy Day as a significant milestone in Nigeria’s political history and a reminder of the sacrifices made by patriots who fought for the entrenchment of democratic governance in the country.
He praised President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his commitment to strengthening democratic institutions, promoting economic reforms, and advancing policies aimed at improving the lives of Nigerians.
According to him, the Renewed Hope Agenda of the Tinubu administration continues to inspire confidence in the nation’s future, despite prevailing challenges, adding that sustainable development requires the collective support and participation of all citizens.
The Kogi coordinator also commended the resilience and patriotism of Nigerians, encouraging them to remain law-abiding and continue to support initiatives that foster peace, unity, and national progress.
