KSU, Kabba UNDERGRADUATE ADMISSION FOR THE 2023-2024 ACADEMIC SESSION
Kogi State University, Kabba was established in 2023 by the Kogi State Government to satisfy the yearnings for quality education in Nigeria. The University is committed to providing education that combines intellectual, moral and techno-vocational training in order to produce total men and women who will positively participate in the development and transformation of societies at local, national and international level.
Following the approval by the National Universities Commission (NUC) for the University to commence academic activities in the 2023/ 2024 session, applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the following University’s degree programmes.
Academic Programmes Available are:

1 B.Sc. Accounting
2 B.Sc. Business Administration
3 B.Sc. Public Administration
4 B.Sc. Economics
5 B.Sc. Finance
6 B.Sc. Mass Communication
7 B.Sc. Political Science
8 B.Sc. Geography
9 B.A. English Language and Literature
10 B.A. Linguistics
11 B.A. Film Production
12 B.A. Theatre Arts
13 B.A. Music
14 B.A. History and Diplomatic Studies
15 B.Sc. Biochemistry
16 B.Sc. Biotechnology
17 B.Sc. Microbiology
18 B.Sc. Industrial Chemistry
19 B.Sc. Chemistry
20 B.Sc. Computer Science
21 B.Sc. Cyber Security Science
22 B.Sc. Geology
23 B. Sc. Mathematics
24 B.Sc. Statistics
25 B.Sc. Physics

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
i. You are to go to any JAMB office or JAMB approved CBT Centre. DO NOT GO TO ANY BUSINESS CENTRE.
Please note that KSU Kabba does not have any admission agent and has not authorized anyone to act on its behalf in connection with the admission process. Do not pay money to anyone for admission, please report anyone who demand any payment from you.
ii. Log into the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS).
iii. Change your choice of University to Kogi State University, Kabba.
iv. If you are opting for a different course other than the original one you selected, you
will also change to your new course of interest.
v. Upload your O level results on CAPS. Remember, you must have at least 5 O’ level
credits (including English, Mathematics and three relevant subjects) at not more
than 2 sittings.
vi. Make a payment of two thousand naira (N 2000.00) only into the university’s
account: Bank name UBA Account name Kogi State University Kabba, Account
number: 1026628812.
vii. Fill out the application form at https://forms.gle/DadNhs3zBTUydDui8
viii. Print the response sent to your email.
ix. Bring the application printout, photocopies of your credentials, evidence of
payment of the two thousand naira (N2000.00) application fees, and a recent passport photograph to the Admissions Office, at the Permanent site of the University for documentation.
x. Check your CAPS portal 24- 48 hours after documentation to print your admission letter.
xi. Return with your JAMB admission letter to the Admissions Office to complete your documentation on or before the 28th December 2023.
