KUGBO INT’L MARKET COMMISSIONING: Rt. Hon. Fatima Bello Congratulates Fct Minister, Tasks Management On Transparency.

As positive reactions and advice from well-meaning Nigerians Continue to trail the Commissioning of the newly Constructed State of the Art, Kugbo International Market, federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Saturday April 5th, 2025, a project said to have been powered by Public Private Partnership (PPP), to enhance Commercial activities and also booast the economy of the Nation’s Capital, a former Deputy Minority Whip of the federal House of Representatives , Rt. Hon, Fatima Binta Bello, who represented the Good people of Kaltungo/Shongom federal Constituency, between 2011-2019 has also reacted to the Commissioning of the Project.
According to the former lawmaker, the Public Private Partnership initiative, was a welcome development which would definitely have Multifaceted impacts, most importantly,it would booast the internally generated revenue (IGR), of the Nation’s Capital.
She advised the end users of the facility to uphold a high level Maintenance Culture, so as to Sustain the beauty of the facility, further implored the Management team of the Market to enthrone transparency and accountability in managing the facility as that remains the fundamentals towards ensuring Sustainability and longevity of the State of the Art facility.
Rt.Hon.fatima Binta Bello also Congratulated the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), His Excellency, Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, who is the brain behind the Project, stressing that, the Minister’s unwavering Commitments towards the infrastructural development of the federal Capital Territory was legendary and highly Commendable.
Responding to questions from journalists on her assessment of the Executive Governor of Gombe State,His Excellency, Inuwa Yahaya, Rt.Hon Bello pointed out that her Governor remain the best, she busstressed further that the State under the able and dynamic leadership of Inuwa has Witnessed Multidimensional development, ranging from improved Security to infrastructural and human Capital development, Women and Youths empowerments, these sectors has received priority attention, she added.
