Latimore congratulates Gov Oborevwori, Says Award of doctorate degree well deserved
Governor of Delta State, Dr (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori, has again been described as a pacesetter, a servant-leader, and prudent manager of State resources.
Director General, Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq, made the assertion in his congratulatory message to the Governor on Sunday and made available to newsmen, saying that the Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) in Public Policy and Strategy, by Novena University, was well deserved
He noted that the good governance strides and visionary leadership of governor Oborevwori also earned him the “Governor of the Year Award” by ThisDay Arise Media Group, urging him not to relent in his result oriented efforts, and strong determination to Advance Delta through socioeconomic and infrastructural development.
