Local Governments Election:Jos Jarawa Ward APC Councillorship candidate prioritize Security.
As the Local Government Elections is fast approaching, Campaigns are gradually coming to an end.
Hon. Gabriel Azi Ajiji, reveals his campaign manifestos during an interview with our Correspondent.
My name is Gabriel Azi Ajiji,I’m from Ishong Agwom,Jos Jarawa District,I was born 39 years ago,I started my Primary school at LEA Kyan Rikkos,later I went to Baptist Primary school Gwong, I proceeded to Government Secondary School Kyan Rikkos and Nemak Comprehensive Secondary School,I’m contesting for the Councillorship position of my ward.
I have served in various positions ranging from Community and political positions, currently I’m the secretary to the Jos Jarawa Traditional Council,I also served as the Afizere Youth Movement (AYM)Jos Jarawa District,I’m the Commander of Neighborhood watch,Jos Jarawa outpost.
I was the pioneer Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) of Jos Jarawa Ward from 2014 to 2018.
I later became the Acting Chairman of the Party then deputy Chairman until my resignation to contest for this position.
The Candidate said if elected, Security will be his priority,without Security, no meaningful development will take place, security is the pillar of every development.
Education,Health Care, Agriculture, Youths and Women empowerment will also receive attention.
I want to appeal to the electorates to cast out their votes during the election without any fear.
