He emphasised the role of traditional institutions in achieving meaningful development and community mobilisation, stating that the Authority would continue to operate with transparency, accountability, and alignment with the needs of host communities.

“We are here in humility to pay homage to this revered throne in the ancient and noble city of Ilorin and to seek Your Royal Highness’ blessings, guidance, and support as we pursue our mandate,” Olumoroti said.
He further acknowledged the Emirate’s long-standing support for LNRBDA’s operations and reaffirmed the Authority’s dedication to the prompt and effective delivery of ongoing projects across the region.

“Under my stewardship, the Authority shall continue to uphold the cultural and traditional values of our host communities, align our projects with the aspirations of the people, and safeguard the environment for future generations,” he added.

The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr.) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, warmly received the delegation and applauded their recognition of the role of traditional institutions in public service. He assured them of his continued support and offered royal prayers for the success of their leadership.

The visit concluded with mutual goodwill and a renewed commitment to collaborative development between LNRBDA and the Ilorin Emirate.
