Mangal Industries Limited commemorated this year’s International Women’s Day with the theme #GiveToGain, through impactful empowerment initiatives aimed at supporting women in its host communities in Kogi State and young girls in Abuja.
As part of the celebration, the company organized empowerment and skills acquisition programs for women within its host communities around the plant in Iluhagba, Kogi State.

The initiative was designed to promote gender equality and improve the livelihoods of women, particularly widows, the less privileged, and women living with disabilities.
Speaking at the event, the General Manager, Administration and Human Resources, Dr. Umar Musa, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to women’s empowerment and development.

He noted that the initiative aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 5, which focuses on achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.
