Ministerial Appointment: Kogi AA Guber Candidate, Otunba Braimoh Congratulates Shaibu Abubakar

The Action Alliance (AA) governorship candidate in the November 11, 2023 election in Kogi State, Otunba Olayinka Braimoh has congratulated Prince Shaibu Abubakar on his nomination as a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In a statement by his Campaign Office in Lokoja, Braimoh noted that the appointment of Abubakar into the federal cabinet was well deserved and expressed confidence that the nominee will add value to the present administration in the spirit of excellence that Kogi people are known for.

“My family and I congratulate Prince Abubakar as we have no doubt in his ability to serve the country and the federal government diligently and with all his energy.

“Going back memory lane, your father, Late Prince Abubakar Audu, who was the first democratically elected Governor of the State, was no doubt, a pathfinder and good leader.

He laid down a strong foundation for the progressive movement of the state and his legacies live on. Consequently, I have no iota of doubt in your capacity to build on the legacy and make Kogi State proud in your service to Nigeria. I fervently believe that you are going to give us a good representation. Once again, congratulations”, Braimoh stated.
