Mrs. Freda Omar Bags Honorary Doctorate Degree

A staff member of the National Orientation Agency (NOA), Mrs. Freda Omar Musa, has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree by Prowess University, Delaware, USA.
The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Public Policy and Administration was awarded to her in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management (CIPDM).
Mrs. Musa received the award alongside other distinguished Nigerians who have excelled in their academic and professional careers. The conferment took place during a three-day National Conference themed “Transforming Economy and Effective Organizational Management Through Innovative Diplomacy.” The event, titled Diplomacy and Management Conference and Induction of New Members, was held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the International Barcelona Hotel, Wuse District, Abuja, and attracted participants, inductees, and awardees from both the public and private sectors.
Reacting to the honor, an elated Dr. Freda Omar Musa expressed immense joy and gratitude to Prowess University and the CIPDM for the recognition, describing the award as a testament to her contributions to the growth of the National Orientation Agency through her diplomatic and result-oriented approach.
