Musa Ibrahim Ashoms: Constant Engagements and Covenant With His People.
The Current Commissioner for Information and Communications,Plateau state. Hon. Musa Ibrahim Ashoms is a leader that will always be remembered and commended by his people,Ashom is an epitome of Humility and easy going person,these traits are commonly exhibited by the Hon. Commissioner especially to the Leadership of the Afizere Cultural and Community Development Association and Afizere Youth Movement,Afizere Students as well as the Izere traditional Council.
His grassroot system of leadership has earned him esteemed and prestige not only Zandi,his Hometown,Jos East but the Entire Izere and Plateau state as whole.
Since the assumption of office,Ashom has been actively engages and attend all the Izere activities that’s both ACCDA and AYM,
One of the recent of it is the award of one million naira for bursary to indigent students and another one million naira for AYM to also aid their programs.
The Commissioner also made some cash donation to the apex body,ACCDA.
He is always committed to his job as the spokesperson of the Government of Plateau state,his contant appearance on various local, national and International media to speak mostly on the programs and policies of the time is now administration has been brought to the door steps of the people of Plateau state.
Until his appointment,Ashom was a leader of Legislative arm of Jos East local Government Area.
There is one major aspect you cannot take it away is the influence of the Commissioner in the Political dynamics of Jos East Local Government Area.
His influence has been visibly seen in the last appointments and local Government Elections.
