He said late Mrs. Seun Mike, who was the Deputy Director, Public Enlightenment and Mass Mobilization can best be described as an easygoing lady, who epitomizes peace, justice and a rallying point between the leadership and entire members of the union.

The NUJIC leader said the deceased will be greatly missed for her high sense of professionalism in her daily reportage and her devotion to Christian tenets.

Comrade Fasasi noted that, though the union is pained by the death of Seun Mike, he is consoled that, the deceased had lived a life worthy of emulation, not only within her immediate family, but among members of the union.

He recalled her professionalism as an information officer who served at different MDAs, including Office of the First Lady, Oyo State Traffic Management Authority, OYRTMA, Christian Pilgrims Board among others

“She would continue to be remembered for her mature and professional contributions during congresses”, he said.

The council chairman assured that, the union would not allow the legacies of the deceased to go in vain, as the leadership would continue to utilize the knowledge acquired from her as a professional colleague.

He specifically commiserated with the deceased’s immediate family, urging them not to allow the attributes of Late Seun Mike to vanish so soon.

Comrade Fasasi prayed to God to give her Family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and grant her eternal rest.
