In a message he signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, Olugbemi described him as an accomplished politician, a trailblazer, seasoned administrator, and a selfless, compassionate leader and father of modern Kogi state.
He highlighted HE, Alhaji Yahaya Bello’s, CON profound impact on the three Senatorial Districts in the areas of road infrastructure, health care delivery, civil service reforms, agricultural development and above all education, little wonder he was able to established two universities within a space of three years, an unprecedented achievement.
