PAP Boss Otuaro, Congratulates Engr. Matthew Tonlagha on His Birthday Anniversary

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Chief Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Engr. Matthew Tonlagha, Executive Director of FENOG Nigeria Limited (FNL), on the occasion of his birthday anniversary today, February 8th, 2025.
