The APC Ijumu Like-mind Group has kicked against the attempt by some enemies of progress who have severally worked against the New Direction Administration at every electioneering periods.
In a statement signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, the President of the sociopolitical group, Hon Joseph Atitebi said, Ijumu local government is a home for the All Progressives Party before the last gubernatorial election.
Hon. Atitebi reiterated the fact that since the No governorship election in Ijumu local government has ever held that APC did not win, since 2015 till the last election.
Joseph Atitebi told journalist that APC in Ijumu has been a formidable force that no one can destabilized.
He said the ongoing meeting at a particular PDP stakeholder’s house is to project Senator Smart Adeyemi’s tenant who has been promised not to pay rent for the rest of years to come and remain spy, hence such an inordinate ambition should not see the light of the day.

Calling the necessary authority to safe our party from being sold by the anti GYB in Ijumu.
We call on the APC’s genuine leaders to rescue our party who has been placed on sale by some powerful politicians from Kogi Central Senatorial District.
