Sen. Karimi distributes rice worth millions of naira to Lokoja- Koto Federal Constituency Central Mosques
In his quest to bring joy and relief to Muslims and demonstration of kindness and generosity, the Lawmaker representing Kogi West Senatorial District Senator Sunday Karimi Steve has distributed food items ranging from rice, milk, bournvita, sugar and cash to major central mosques across Lokoja-Koto federal constituency.
This thoughtful gesture is aimed at supporting the muslim faithful in this sacred month of fasting and spiritual reflection.
The Senator’s donation of thousands bags of rice, along with cash will undoubtedly alleviate the burden on many families and individuals, enabling them to focus on their spiritual obligations.
The Senator’s Ramadan initiative is a testament to his commitment to the well-being and unity of the community by reaching out to the central Mosques, the Senator has demonstrated respect for the Islamic faith and his dedication to fostering a spirit of harmony and cooperation among people of all backgrounds.
The central mosque that were captured includes: Koton karfe central mosque, 100 bags of rice, bags of sugar, semo, bournvita and cash of one million naira.
Also, Isegba felele central Mosque benefitted 100 bags of rice, bags of sugar, bournvita and a cash of one million naira.
While Lokoja central Mosque was given 100 bags of rice, bags of sugar, bournvita and a cash of one million naira, Adankolo central mosque also benefited 100 bags of rice, bags of sugar, bournvita, and a cash of one million naira.

Senator Sunday Karimi Ramadan distribution is a heartwarming reminder of the power of kindness and generosity.
It was gathered that the Ramadan items and cash were handed over to all the chief imams of the captured central mosque by the sons of the Senator, Mr Sunday Ayo Karimi and his brother Mr Sunday Tobi Karimi.
It was further learnt that the Director General campaign of the Senator, Alhaji Suleiman Babadoko was also on ground to supervise the exercise.
