Stakeholders from Okunland, comprising members of the All Progressives Congress, gathered at the Harris Hotel in Abuja’s Wuye district to address the rising insecurity in the region.

The meeting, convened by Commander Jerry Omodara (rtd), State Security Adviser, aimed to find lasting solutions to kidnapping, killing, banditry, and terrorist activities plaguing Okunland.

Key Resolutions

The stakeholders, led by Otunba Lanre Ipinmisho, former Director-General of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), pledged to work with the government and other stakeholders to tackle insecurity.
