State Assembly Hopeful, Chief Olugbemi Commends National Assembly, President Tinubu on New Electoral Act

Chief Olugbemi Femi, Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of Democracy Newsline Newspaper and a frontline aspirant for the Kogi State House of Assembly to represent Kabba/Bunu State Constituency, has commended the National Assembly and President Tinubu for signing the Electoral Act Amendment Bill 2026 into law.

In a statement, Chief Olugbemi described the move as a “welcome development” that will enhance the country’s electoral process.
