Team Anulele Congratulates Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman on his emergence as Kogi State Governor Elect
Coordinator of Team Anulele Political Group in Kabba-Bunu local government and former Councilor, Hon Paul Aiyepeku has on behalf of the leadership of the group congratulated Alhaji Ododo Ahmed Usman and Comrade Joel Oyibo Salifu on their emergence as the Governor-Elect and Deputy Governor-Elect in the just concluded Governorship election held two days ago in Kogi state.
He disclosed this in a press statement he signed on behalf of the leadership of the group and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, saying the outcome of the election reflects the wishes and aspirations of the majority of the electorate who voted at the poll.
He described the overwhelming victory of the party as a good omen for the development of the state, stressing that their emergence will enable them to consolidate on the achievements of Governor Yahaya Bello in the areas of security, infrastructure development, human capital development, health, education, agriculture etc.
He further said the outcome of the election has also shown that there is power in unity especially among the Okun people who promised and fulfilled it by voting en masse for the governing All Progressives Congress in the just concluded elections and pointed out that he is proud of the people, urging them to sustain the support and cooperation.
He said the journey for Okun to produce a Governor has begun hence it is expected all and sundry in the state to give maximum support and cooperation to the incoming administration to achieve greatness for the state.
He also congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello for his doggedness and commitment that has made the election a huge success.
He noted that the group is out to market Olugbemi Femi Michael as it’s favorite candidate for the upcoming chairmanship in Kabba-Bunu local government, stressing that he possess the cognate experience haven served as the Chief Press Secretary to the immediate past speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly for six years without any blemish aside his two decades of journalistic practice in both locally and internationally.
He called on APC stakeholders in Kabba-Bunu to rally round his candidature as he remain the best among the aspirants.
