UKWO WARD STAKEHOLDERS UNANIMOUSLY ENDORSE HON. ALHASSAN BILKISU FOR COUNCILORSHIP SEAT
Ahead of the October 19, 2024, Council Election in Kogi State, stakeholders and party executives of Ukwo Ward in Kogi Koton Karfe Local Government have unanimously endorsed Hon. Alhassan Bilkisu as the All Progressives Congress (APC) councilorship flagbearer.
The endorsement was made at a stakeholders’ meeting chaired by Hon. Alh Dauda Aliyu, Leader of Ukwo Ward and Permanent Board Member 1, Kogi State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
Hon. Aliyu praised Hon. Bilkisu’s dedication and steadfastness in APC, citing her diverse experience under the leadership of Engr. Abubakar Bashir Gegu and in the private sector as qualities that position her to tackle complex challenges and unite varied interests.

“We have no doubt that she will make Ukwo Ward proud and bring the desired development to our people,” he added.
Other speakers at the event expressed confidence in Hon. Bilkisu’s ability to represent the ward effectively and bring about positive change.
They praised her dedication to the APC and her passion for community development, noting that these qualities would make a positive impact in the forthcoming council election.
With this endorsement, Hon. Bilkisu is poised to contest for the councilorship seat, promising to bring development, progress, and effective representation to Ukwo Ward.
