The gathering, which saw the attendance of prominent stakeholders, aimed to strengthen cohesion among members and promote a sense of shared responsibility.

In a statement, attendees praised the efforts of Governor Usman Ododo for his humility, openness to engagement, and commitment to development across the state.

“His Excellency’s leadership has set a positive tone for the state, and we commend his dedication to improving the lives of all citizens,” the statement read.

The meeting also saw an appeal for Yagba federal constituency to be allowed to complete a second term of eight years in the senate before handing over to Lokoja/Kogi federal constituency.

The leaders emphasized that the meeting was a testament to their commitment to unity, constructive engagement, and support for the state’s development direction.

The objective is to ensure that the public narrative reflects these values, promoting a sense of togetherness and progress in Kogi State.
