Victory for Christ Apostolic Church Victory District Headquarters, Arab road Kubwa Abuja Celebrates Court Rules in Land Rights Restoration in Their Favor: “Who Can Fight God?”

In a stunning turn of events, the Christ Apostolic Church Victory District Headquarters in Abuja has emerged victorious in their prolonged legal battle over land ownership, culminating in a recent court ruling that favored the church and reaffirmed their rights to the property.

The church, situated opposite Arab Road in Abuja, had been embroiled in a dispute with retired Deputy Inspector General of Police, Hafiz Inuwa, who in 2018 forcefully demolished the church building, encroaching on a significant portion of the church’s land. Despite numerous attempts to engage with Inuwa, the church’s efforts proved futile as he adamantly refused to halt his activities on the site.

However, justice prevailed as Inuwa was forced to step down from his position in 2023, opening the door for the Christ Apostolic Church Victory District Headquarters to seek legal recourse. Securing a court order to cease Inuwa’s actions on the land, the church stood firm in their fight for justice and property rights.

Last week, the Federal High Court in Maitama, Abuja delivered a landmark ruling in favor of the church, upholding their ownership of the disputed land and ordering the immediate restoration of the demolished church building. In a jubilant response to the court’s decision, the church celebrated their hard-fought victory, declaring, “Who can fight God?”

In a statement released by the church, they expressed gratitude for the divine intervention that had ultimately vindicated them in the face of adversity. They commended the judiciary for upholding the rule of law and ensuring that justice prevailed in the case.

As the Christ Apostolic Church Victory District Headquarters looks ahead to the future, they remain resolute in their commitment to continue spreading the gospel and serving their community with unwavering faith. Encouraging their members to stand strong in the face of challenges, the church expressed confidence in God’s omnipotence and unwavering support for their cause.

With their legal battle finally resolved in their favor, the Christ Apostolic Church Victory District Headquarters stands as a testament to the enduring power of faith and the triumph of justice over injustice.
