VOMY Congratulates Ododo, Tasks Him on State Present in Mopamuro
Voice Of Mopamuro Youth has congratulated the newly sworn in Governor of Kogi State, His Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo.
The Leader of the group, J.O. Abel-Ontop signed a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja on Sunday.
VOMY pleads with the Governor to remember Mopamuro Local Government Area for social amenities and infrastructures as the area remained one of the most disadvantaged in the State when it comes structural and physical development.

“Your Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo, as we congratulate and wish you well for a prosperous Kogi under your leadership, we plead that you look in to develop Mopamuro, which is one of the most underdeveloped LGs in Kogi State”.
“Your Excellency, we ask that you take a quick peep into Mopamuro, you will see that the entire community lacks basic social amenities and facilities that is necessary for modest living for any human”.
“In particular, the entire Mopamuro suffers from unavailability of potable water. We ask that Your Excellency help us revive and expand Mopa Water Works so that it can serve the whole of Mopamuro and beyond”.
“We congratulate you once again as we believe and we are optimistic that your emergence will translate to further development of Kogi State”.
