Water Resources Ministry inaugurates Chairmen, management team of River Basins Authority with a two days Retreat.
The ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation has formerly Inaugurated Chairmen and executives Management team of the 12 River Basins development Authorities.
Hon Abdullahi Sadiq was also inaugurated as Executive Director Agric Services Lower Niger River Basin.
The event was conducted by the Hon Minister of Water resources and Sanitation Mr Joseph Utsev.

According to the Minister, the purpose of the retreat is to discuss their respective roles towards ensuring good governance, and best practices in the Sector.
He said the meeting with the executives is to highlight the vision and mission of the ministry, in relation to water supply , dam construction, irrigation, sanitation and hygiene, job creation and integrated river Basin management.
Speaking further, some key aspects of administrative procedure in the public service, financial regulations and public procurement Act 2007 will also be among issues to be discussed in line with renewed Hope of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
The event will hold as from the 2nd to 3rd May, 2025 at Rock view Royale hotel Abuja.
