Wike’s Waru – Pozema District; Renewed Hope Agenda Mass Housing for FCT,

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory FCT, Barrister Nzenwo Nyesom Wike CON as part of his three years anniversary is expected to open a new district along with the existing ones in Abuja .
The decisions of the Minister was in line with the promise of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu Renewed Hope Agenda, RHA to provide affordable shelter to all Nigerians , not minding creed, religion or extraction.

This was coming at a time when the Minister was also embarking on mass sanitation of allocations to FCT residents to confirm either with the provision governing land administration or Abuja master plan.
The new district of Waru- Pozema expected to debut soon will in no time commence construction to pave way for allocations and accomodation by Nigerians resident in the FCT and outside.
The new district of Waru-Pozema in Cadastral Zone D16, will commence this year , after the inauguration of the ones built from High Court judges and Appeal court to provide befitting accomodation for top government officials.
According to the Minister, “Don’t worry, we will do everything we can to provide the needed infrastructure and open up the district so that people can move in”, he stated.
The new district is expected to accommodate Real Estate Developers both local and international ones , different artisans to create employment opportunities, among any other housing professionals.
The promise of continuing to provide all shades of infrastructure in the FCT is unwavering and as part of the mandate of the present administration under Barrister Nzenwo Nyesom Wike CON.
His desire to also reduce to the barest minimum sharp practices, land racketeering, illegal allocations led to the open up and creating opportunities for genuine land owners and occupants in the FCT .
While promising to continue in this trend , Wike stated that in no time , the new district will witness rapid development and occupation as soon as it is inaugurated .
