WOMEN IN AGRICULTURE ASSOCIATION IN KABBA/BUNU LGA APOINTS ENGR. MATTHEW AJIGI AS PATRON

Kabba – The Women in Agriculture Association, Kabba/Bunu LGA, has appointed Engr. Matthew Ajigi as its new patron.

The appointment was made at a ceremony attended by over 100 members of the association, representing all wards in Kabba/ Bunu Local government area of Kogi State, North Central.

The association expressed its confidence in Ajigi’s leadership abilities, citing his progressive mindset and simplicity as key factors in their decision.

In his acceptance speech, Ajigi expressed gratitude for the honour and pledged to support the association’s growth and development.

He acknowledged the association’s strength and resilience, noting that it has remained a formidable force in the community for over 15 years.

Ajigi emphasized the importance of agriculture in driving economic growth and development, and prayed for an end to insecurity challenges facing the sector.

He assured the association of his commitment to providing swift attention and support, and thanked them for the opportunity to serve.

The appointment has been welcomed by members of the association, who are optimistic about the future under Ajigi’s leadership.
