Workers Day: Kogi Innovation Commissioner Sends Commendation Message to the Workers in the state, Assure Them Of The Governor’s Commitment To Their Well-being.
The Hon. Commissioner for Innovation, Science and Technology, Dr. Adeniyi Aderibigbe Helen has paid tribute to workers in the state and world over for their resilience, sacrifice and contributions to the building of a better society.
Aderibigbe who also urged Kogi state and Nigeria workers at large, both of which are in the public and private sectors to remain productive and committed in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities to have an enviable feat in the act of governance.
The Commissioner in a statement through her Special Assistant on Media, commended all the workers in the state for their patience, strength, passion and commitment to overall development of the state, urging them to do more in their efforts to contribute positively to the economic growth of Kogi state.
She further applauded them for their determination to put in their best. She assure them of a renewed hope that their sacrificial efforts will not go unrewarded.
Dr. Aderibigbe particularly assured workers in Kogi State that His Excellency, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo will continue to improve their welfare and working conditions at all times.
She further reiterated that the administration of Gov. Ahmed Usman Ododo will continue to keep faith alive for the workers in the state by paying their salaries and other entitlements as at when due.
In her words “Wishing you a peaceful and rewarding Labour Day filled with appreciation for your invaluable contributions to the society. May this Day bring you renewed energy and motivation to pursue your goals with passion and dedication”. She said this as she joins the world today to celebrate International workers Day.
