Your conferment with PHD is a breakthrough for labour Leaders-Ex Kogi NLC Chairman Edoka extols Ranti Ojo
The National Vice President, Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, (MHWUN) North Central and the immediate past chairman, Nigeria Labour Congress, (NLC) in Kogi State has congratulated Comrade Ranti Ojo on his conferment as Doctor of Philosophy in History and international studies.

It could be recalled that, Comrade Ojo, who is the immediate past Chairman, Trade Union Congress, (TUC) in Kogi was conferred with Doctor of Philosophy in History and International Studies by the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State.
Edoka, in a statement on Thursday, congratulated Comrade Ojo for the feet he has attained, stressing that his achievement is an academic breakthrough for labour leaders in the State.
He prayed that those who are in other studies of PHD’s within the labour movement will have their own success without any hindrance.
Edoka further encouraged Civil Servants to pursue their academics in a bid to reach the peak of their career in life.
“People don’t believe that Labour leaders go to School to that level. But this is a wrong perception. Many Labour leaders in Nigeria have attained the highest academic qualification.
“In Kogi State, Comrade Ranto Ojo, has made us proud. We are happy for this good testimonies in our time. Am using this platform to encourage workers in Kogi State, to pursue their academic career to a great length. This will help them and also improve their service delivery in their respective place of work” the Statement added.
