100 Days In Office: Supervisory Councillor For Health Lauds Omala Council Chair.

Hon. Simeon Omale (JP), the Supervisory Councillor in the health department of Omala Local Government Area has described the health care initiatives of the Chief Executive of the area, Hon. Edibo Ameh Mark as groundbreaking.

In a message to congratulate the Chairman on his 100 days in office, the health care Super. stressed on the importance Hon. Mark accords the health department.

He said, “health, being one of the thematic areas of Hon. Mark’s purposeful leadership is receiving all the deserving attention and the chairman is committed to a healthy Omala”.

“Mr. Chairman sir, you have demonstrated this on many occasions, prominent amongst them is free healthcare outreach carried out in Bagana and environs after you doggedly restored peace to the former and other adjoining communities”.

“Your 100 days old administration has earmarked arrays of wonderful and impactful healthcare delivery programmes that will be rolled out in a couple of days”.

“My office as Supervisory Councillor has painstakingly, through your backing and support carried out a tour of all the healthcare facilities in the area to intimate members of staff and concern stakeholders in the sector on government’s policies and programmes.”

“Graciously, the first bill signed into law by your people friendly administration is on establishment of monthly environmental sanitation and operation Keep Omala Local Government clean”.

“Also, constitution of Taskforce on environmental sanitation and safety. Likewise, observance of monthly environmental sanitation in the area after many years of non existence of such”.

“Provision of enabling environment and logistics for effective routine immunization, OBR1-Out Break Respond, as well as MUNCHW-Maternal Neonatal Child Health Week”.

“On behalf of myself and the health department, we say a big congratulations on your attainment of 100 days in office. We wish you a smooth running administration. You can always count on our support and co-operation”.
