Abinu Felicitates Idris Kasim on Emergence as Lokoja APC Chairman, Expresses Confidence in 2027 Victory
Renowned philanthropist, Ambassador Coach Gabriel Abinu, has congratulated Hon. Idris Kasim on his emergence as Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lokoja Local Government Area of Kogi State.
In a statement issued to journalists on Sunday, Abinu described the newly elected party chairman as a visionary and committed leader capable of repositioning the party for greater success ahead of future elections.
He noted that Kasim’s emergence was well deserved, citing his dedication, loyalty, and years of active participation in party affairs.

“I want to use this opportunity to congratulate my dear brother, Hon. Idris Kasim, on his emergence as the new APC Chairman in Lokoja Local Government,” Abinu said.
“His emergence did not come as a surprise to me because he worked tirelessly for it and truly deserves it. He has consistently demonstrated commitment to the growth and unity of our great party.”
Abinu expressed optimism that the new chairman would deploy his wealth of experience to galvanise support for the APC at the grassroots level and strengthen the party’s structures ahead of the 2027 general elections.
“As party faithful, we are confident that he will provide purposeful leadership and pilot the party to victory in 2027, both at the state and federal levels,” he added.
He further urged party members and supporters in Lokoja to rally behind Kasim to ensure the success of his tenure.
“This is a time for unity and collective responsibility. I call on all party stakeholders and supporters to give him the maximum cooperation he needs to succeed in this new assignment. Together, we can consolidate on our achievements and prepare adequately for the forthcoming elections,” Abinu stated.
Abinu reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that promote unity, development, and electoral success within the party in Lokoja and beyond.
