ACCDA Gets New Leadership
The Apex Body of the Afizere Nation, now has new set of Executive Members.
The new Officials emerge at a Keenly contested Election after the expiration of the tenure of the outgoing EXCO,the Election takes place at the Izere Arena Gwafan (Lamingo) in Jos North Local government Area.
Engineer Yakubu Ashom,A former National President of the Afizere Youth Movement and Currently the Chairman of the Society of Engineers,Plateau state Chapter,declared winner of the Election by the Electoral Committee through her Chairman, Barrister Amos Madaki and other EXCO.
Good will messages came from the outgoing National President,Ada Azi Waziri Atu represented by the Secretary,Ada Ayuba Ajiji.
According to him,those that emerge winners are competent personalities and need to work hard for the progress of Izere Nation. I wish you best of tenure and you will make Izere proud.
Also speaking,Hon. Yakubu Itse,former PYC Chairman and the Branch Chairman ACCDA Shere District admonishes the Izere Nation to be security cautious and collaborate with Traditional Government and all stakeholders to sustained peace in Izere land and beyond.
National President of ACCDA Women Wing, President of the Afizere Youth Movement among others makes their various presentations.
The New President delivered his Acceptance speech by soliciting for support and prayers from the Izere sons and daughters at home and in Diaspora,the branches should be active and and work side by side with the apex Body,we accept the challenges to ensure Izere moves higher.
The Newly Elected EXCOs received Elders Blessings from Ada Peter Magaji,Who is the Former President of ACCDA and currently the Member of Trustees.
