Kogi Gov’ship: Governor Bello, Ododo meet Vice President

 

Ahead of the governorship election in Kogi State slated for November 11th, 2023, Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello Bello CON has today led the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and other stakeholders in a consultative meeting with the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima.

The visit was also meant to formally congratulate the Vice President on his historic inauguration on 29th May 2023.

 

While lauding the efforts of Governor Yahaya Bello for ensuring the harvest of victories for the APC in Kogi State, the Vice President assured the delegation of his support for Ododo’s seamless victory in the November 11th governorship election.

 

He enjoined all stakeholders and other progressive-minded Kogites to throw their support for Ododo/Oyibo joint ticket, reiterating that consolidation of the gains of the New Direction Administration of Governor Yahaya Bello should be of utmost importance to the people of the state and beyond
