ADC Primaries: Tahir Suleiman Abdulwahab Seeks Last-Minute Support Ahead of Hong Constituency Contest

Honourable Tahir Suleiman Abdulwahab, an aspirant for the Hong State Constituency seat in the Adamawa State House of Assembly under the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has appealed for last-minute support ahead of the party’s primary election scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2026.
In a message made available to our correspondent, Honourable Tahir expressed confidence in emerging victorious at the forthcoming ADC State Assembly primary election, describing his ambition as a “collective aspiration” aimed at delivering quality representation to the people of Hong State Constituency.
“My confidence is driven by the collective aspiration, determination, and united voice of our people who are yearning for positive change through effective legislative representation,” he stated.
He further explained that the overwhelming support and encouragement he has continued to receive from constituents have strengthened his optimism about clinching the party’s ticket.
“The support, encouragement, and contributions of our people across Hong State Constituency are deeply appreciated and highly valued. Together, we can build a stronger and more progressive constituency,” he added.
Honourable Tahir described the forthcoming primary election as a defining moment that will shape the socio-political future of Hong State Constituency. He therefore urged party members, supporters, and stakeholders to remain focused and steadfast in their support for his aspiration to represent the constituency in the Adamawa State House of Assembly come 2027.
“The May 21 primaries will be a defining moment for our constituency. I urge all supporters and stakeholders to remain steadfast and committed to this collective mission for quality representation,” he said.
