ADESINA ALABI BAGS CIPA FELLOWSHIP AWARD
Mr Adesina Bolanle Alabi of the Oyo State Sports Council has been inducted as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria, democracy newsline has learnt.
Mr Adesina was accorded the fellowship Awards alongside other Seasoned Administrators at the 2024 National Conference of Public Administrators with the theme, ” Moving from Fear to Freedom: Ethical Revolution, A Panacea.held at the M&M event Centre, behind International Conference Center, Abuja between 23rd – 25th October 2024.
Mr Adesina expressed delight over the honour accorded him by the highest and most respected Professional body as far as the discipline of Public administration is Concern, ( Chartered Institute of Public administration) pointing out that, the fellowship Awards bestowed on him was a mark of honour and recognition that would Spur him for further research in the field of public Administration.
He said his wealth of experience as a seasoned Administrator would be brought to bear in the Oyo State Sports Council and the entire Oyo State Civil service, even as he promised to impacts upcoming Administrators with the knowledge, Skills and Practices of Public administration for the betterment of the Country and humanity at large.
Reacting to question from journalists on what it takes to be recognized as a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public administration, (CIPA ) Mr Adesina Alabi said it requires research, Career advancement, Continues training and up-to-date with all the requirements of the institute.
While Calling for the application of Public administration best practices in the Nation’s institutions, He also opined that most of the Challenges faced in the Country today are problems that ordinarily Couldn’t have arose if all the Principle of Public administration were applied
Adesina Commended the institute for painstakingly identifying his little Contribution to the Profession and also pledged to uphold all the ethics of the Profession, even as he said he was dedicating the Award to his father.
