The Peoples Democratic Party, Mozum Ward, Bassa LGA of Kogi State, has once again distanced itself from a fake signature purporting to have suspended the State Party Chairman, Hon. Muhammed Sanni Gambo.
The Ward Executives made the disclosure in a meeting with the Chairman, held at Mozum, Thursday, describing the signatures as forged and misleading.
The Ward Executives wondered why they would sign up against their brother, the Chairman, whose few months in office have repositioned the PDP in the State for greater glory and service delivery.
The Executive members called for a probe and investigation to unravel the individual behind signing the signatures of all the Ward Executives.
In their separate remarks while speaking with Newsmen, Ahmodu Abubakar, Assistant Secretary, Salihu Abdullahi, Legal Adviser, and Muhammed Abdullahi, said their signatures were forged, described the action as criminal and misleading, and called on Security Agencies to help them fish out those behind the dastardly and wicked act.
In his remarks, Hon. Muhammed Sanni Gambo paid glowing tribute to leaders of the PDP in the State for their resilience, saying their commitment has remained his staying power.
The Chairman paid glowing tribute to Senator Natasha Akpoti Udaughan, for making the party proud in the State, and assured that she and other members of the Party will be returned in 2027 in view of her sterling qualities.
