APC Deputy National Chairman North, Alhaji Dalori to Receive Special Recognition Award

The Deputy National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress in charge of the Northern part of Nigeria, Alhaji Ali Bukar Dalori, is set to receive a special recognition as the Politician of the Year by Democracy Newsline Newspaper to mark its 15th anniversary of publication.
According to a press statement signed by the publisher and CEO, Chief Olugbemi Femi, Alhaji Dalori’s exceptional leadership has been recognized, particularly in coordinating the activities of the APC in the Northern zone of the country.

He said the award is a recognition of his outstanding leadership skills and contributions to the great successes the party has recorded in all elections since he was elected into the position almost four years ago, stabilizing the party for great exploits.
The award will be presented during the 15th Public Lecture and Award Ceremony scheduled for August 26, 2025, adding that the ceremony will take place at the Banquet Hall, National Merit House, Maitama, Abuja, by 5 pm and will feature a Red Carpet Ceremony, main event, and dinner program.
The theme of the event is “The Role of Independent Media Organizations in Promoting Participatory Democracy and Good Governance in Nigeria.”
He further confirmed that the occasion will also mark the launch of a ₦100 million fund for the procurement of podcast studio equipment and the establishment of Democracy Newsline Newspaper Online Television. This initiative aims to further promote democracy and good governance in Nigeria.
The award ceremony promises to be a significant event, bringing together leaders and stakeholders to discuss important issues and celebrate excellence.
