Appeal Court Judgement: Bush Doctor Congratulates Ododo
A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area, Hon. (Amb.) Ayo Kajotoni aka Bush Doctor has congratulated the party governoship candidate, Alhaji Ahmed Ododo Usman on his recent victory at the Appeal Court in Abuja.
Recalled that the Court of Appeal in Abuja, on Friday, dismissed the appeal filed by two governorship aspirants of the All Progressives Congress in Kogi State, Senator Smart Adeyemi and Abubakar Achimugu, seeking to nullify the primary election of the party, which produced Usman Ododo as the APC Governorship candidate for the election slated for November 11th in the state.
The court held in a unanimous judgment that the appeals challenging the judgment of the Federal High Court in Abuja lacked merit and dismissed it accordingly.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Hon. Ayo Kajotoni described the victory as voice of the people ,adding that this has finally stamped his victory for the coming November 11th Governorship election in the state.
He noted that the choice of Ododo as the party’s governorship candidate is a collective decision of the party members across the state which led to his victory during the election.
He therefore advised Senator Smart Adeyemi to drop whatever grievances he may still have and return to the fold to join hands with the leadership of the party and work for the overall success of the party candidate come November 11.
