Appeal to Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman to respond fast to the payment of gratuity to State Pensioners – Comr. Olorunhudo Samuel Taiwo

By
Comr. Olorunhudo Samuel Taiwo

While appreciating the Governor of Kogi State, Ododo Ahmed Usman for good Service delivery to the entire people of Kogi State, Most especially the Pensioners and civil servants whose economic well-being has been increased and enhanced through the approval of the new minimum wage. I want to appeal for the harmonization of pension for Pensioners who retired Several years back.

We thank Almighty God and Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman for bringing us this far towards rendering progressive leadership style to the entire people of Kogi State. I have this strong believe that payment of gratuity to Pensioners is achievable in no distant time. We call on Kogi State government under the watch of His Excellency Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman to look into the aspect of payment of gratuity to Pensioners without any delay. This will help cushion the terrible economic situation of our Pensioners.

We equally appeal to the State government on the need to harmonize pension in the State. We have Pensioners who retired Several years back and what they take is nothing to write home about. Some State have implemented what is called minimum pension, this is to make pensioners take home something reasonable. With the way Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman is fast making progress in governance, we Strongly assured his administration of our Maximum support and cooperation at all times.

Thanking you heavily your Excellency for all you do for humanity as the entire people of Kogi State are happy with you and your leadership Style. We also appreciate your approval of the 72,500 Minimum wage is meant to increase the economic well-being and enhance the productivity of Kogi Workers. It’s really a good thing to have a God fearing Governor with a heart of Gold whose topmost priority is to look into the welfare and well-being of the entire people he’s elected to rule over. The choice of Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman is God’s divine mandate to provide panacea to every doldrums and decadence of backwardness in Kogi State.

Governor Ododo Ahmed Usman in his determination to ensure the productivity and economic well-being of Kogi Workers. We commend the effort of his Excellency for approving the new minimum wage for State Workers. It’s obvious that this will improve workers commitment and also increase productivity of State Civil Servants.
