In a congratulatory statement on Tuesday in Lokoja, Chief Fiki praised Governor Ododo’s efforts in security, healthcare, education, infrastructure, youth, and women empowerment.

The Amuro Baale noted that the governor’s humility and willingness to listen to the people’s needs have earned him widespread admiration.

Chief Fiki reiterated that Governor Ododo’s administration has made significant strides in security, procuring PH-20 Unmanned Aerial Systems and absorbing 2,752 vigilante personnel into the civil service, earning Kogi the reputation as the most peaceful state in the North-Central zone.

“I commend the governor’s astute strategy in addressing the pervasive issues of banditry, kidnappings, and other security threats through the cultivation of coordinated synergies among the state’s security agencies, as well as extending the requisite support to these entities.

“These investments will deliver lasting peace and stability for Kogi State and by extension the North Central States and the nation at large.

“We appreciate the government’s intervention in rehabilitating the Mopa Township road and the ongoing infrastructure development at the College of Education, Technical Mopa.

“We also take this opportunity to remind His Excellency the Chief Servant of his promise to rehabilitate the Orokere-Aiyede-Takete Ide-Ayedayo road, a vital route that will greatly benefit our people.

“We wish your Excellency continued success and many more years of impactful leadership,” he said

The Baale reaffirmed the unwavering support of the people of Amuro, and Mopamuro LGA for Gov. Ahmed Ododo’s administration.
