Barr 501 is the people’s consensus, there are no oppositions
— Kabba/ Bunu APC

Ahead Saturday’s local government council elections in Kogi State, the Kabba/ Bunu chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has maintained that the party’s chairmanship candidate for the local government, Hon. Barr Zacchaeus Dare Michael alias 501 is a consensus candidate of the good people of Kabba/ Bunu, and that there are no opposition popular enough to contest the consensus.

In a statement made available by Comr. Nayo Jude Babatunde, the Kabba/ Bunu LGA APC campaign council new media spokesperson.

Nayo attributed the uncontested acceptance of the APC candidates by the good people of Kabba/ Bunu LGA to the excellent track record of performance and promising leadership of Barr. 501 the former caretaker chairman and the APC chairmanship candidate, the people oriented Councilorship candidates of the APC across the 15 wards of Kabba/ Bunu LGA, adding that the positively impactful and people friendly leadership of the Governor Ododo APC led administration in the state is significant leverage for the party’s landslide victory at polls.

“For the first time in a very long while, the good people of Kabba/ Bunu are changing the political history and narratives of the local government true unity and progress and with the consensus candidature of Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, devoid of partisan sentiments and differences.

Hon. Dare’s mandate has harmoniously harnessed all interests and has formed synergy across all party lines both in the grassroots and in the upstream of key political stakeholders in Kabba/ Bunu and this has resulted to the people speaking in one voice and with a consensus candidate with Barr. 501 to represent all interests at the forthcoming local government council elections and as leadership of the LGA”

“This new developments and consolidated political culture of synergy will no doubt bring about unity, real developments to the grassroots but will also give every member at every level of the society a voice and equal opportunity to be represented and catered for”

Comr. Nayo also maintained that,
“We are confident in the capabilities and leadership of Hon. Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael and his team to deliver on the people’s mandate of real development, true empowerments and shared prosperity for all, in consolidating the good works of the Gov. Ododo led administration and President Tinubu renewed hope mandate”
